Ashiatsu Massage Classes
Records of Ashiatsu date back to the 12th century and distinct barefoot massage methods developed in many parts of the world. Modern Ashiatsu therapists use overhead bars to guide them with the client on a traditional massage table.
Ashiatsu is as versatile as traditional massage-pressure is easily adjusted from deep tissue to relaxation massage! Clients love the comforting pressure of feet and frequently comment they can’t tell it’s not hands!
Therapists find it fun to practice- like dancing or practicing yoga! And working with the lower body significantly reduces the stresses to your body! Wouldn’t you love to end your massage work day feeling invigorated and stretched?
